Meeting your contractual obligations as an employer
As part of our service our team of experts are on hand ensuring that you maintain compliance with your contractual obligations as an employer. Where applicable, for employees under NHS pensions, workplace pensions or any other pension scheme we will:
- Assess and auto enrol employees each period as necessary
- Process members opting in and out of the pensions schemes, including ending contributions
- Produce employee status reports each period
- Issue Employee Communications for relevant changes in their scheme
- Complete the Declaration of Compliance
- Liaise with you regarding selection of a re-enrolment date, deal with employee communications and re-declare compliance
- Producing the NHS Annual Update (SD55)
